Breakfast Ideas for Babies & Toddlers

These are some of the meals my son has loved! Now that he’s in his picky toddler stage, he doesn’t love all these foods anymore, but I try to offer him variety and his favorites so that he’s getting exposure and hopefully building a positive relationship with food.

Raising my kiddos to be intuitive eaters is very important to me, and I try to honor his lead when he is hungry and full. 🤍
