the most ROMANTIC restaurant in NYC♥️

For Valentine’s Day, my boyfriend took me to One if by Land, Two if by Sea, which has been said to be the most romantic restaurant in New York City as well as the fifth most romantic restaurant in the WORLD! We had an incredible romantic dinner which, although expensive, was perfect for a special occasion. I would highly recommend it if you are looking to splurge on something special.

♥️The ambiance of the restaurant was intimate and spectacular, with soaring ceilings, dim lighting, large chandeliers, candles on every table, and roses all around. The restaurant is located in an old 18th century carriage house, and much of that character is beautifully preserved.

♥️The service was amazing, with all of the staff being very attentive and kind. We ordered from the four course pre fixe menu, which was $150 per person, and we split a bottle of wine. (We actually went on Valentine’s Eve, as Valentine’s Day itself had a special menu which would have been twice as expensive). Each of the four courses had six or seven options to choose from, and it was fun to select and try new dishes.

I highly recommend for your next anniversary, birthday, or other special occasion. It doesn’t need to be for a date night; it is also a special place to go with friends or family!
