I’ve never seen a cafe with such displays in Singapore just yet. Fifty Five Coffee Bar was a new experience for me, at least in our country, this type of visual & audio experience was a first 🫣

The cafe turned bar at night had a few displays that were just like how you’d feel walking into the national gallery. There was not only moving and still visuals to look at, there was audio and bg effects of the sea which made me feel like I was in an immersive exhibition.

Since were visited at night, their menu only had cocktails and simple dons/Jap noodle options. We already had dinner so we only got one cocktail to try, and it was $22 🥵 expensive I must say.

We got Atlantic, you can read the description in the fourth photo. It was very sweet to taste and lightly sparkling, with a hint of grape. It’s a safe choice for any lightweight drinkers or people who don’t fancy any alcohol taste in their cocktails LOLOL.

I wouldn’t return again for the cocktail but I’d definitely visit again during daytime to try out their brunch and coffee menu. I loved the ambience and the service was good as well 😊
