driving test tips 🛞🚘

i learnt driving through the driving school’s route & it was pretty ok~ booking lessons as i was taking class 3 license, and in CDC, they do tell you what are the date/time the slots are released! So I’ll usually camp for the slots i want, and so far i manage to consistently book every once a week on the same day/time 😊 I passed my driving test on my first try and i think these are some tips that helped to reduce my anxiety & also made me less nervous for my test!

1. PRACTICE

Practicing on parts of the circuit or on the road with parts where i am not completely confident of during my revision drives. The instructor will usually bring me to a random test route if i have no preference, but i would request for specific circuit i wanna practice most of the time! ✨

2. Know that it is OK to make mistakes 👌🏻

i think this really helps me a lot because it reminded be that while i do my best during the test, minor mistakes wouldn’t make me fail 🤓 so i should just try my best to drive as smoothly as possible & aim for 0 mistakes… even though there will still be some places here and there that they can add demerit points 🤪

3. Make a good impression 🤩

it might not be a direct impact to your driving test, but it always helps to make a good impression such as being on time & polite, so that they won’t be nitpicking on you!
