5 things to do in NOVEMBER for a complete GLOW UP✨

NOVEMBER IS ALMOST HERE!! Which means there’s two months left of 2023 to have a complete glow up and transformation for your MIND, BODY and SOUL! ✨👏🏼

I think when people hear the term “glow up” they automatically assume that you are referring to a physical glow up or enhancing your appearance in someway or another… and while that can be a part of a glow up, I consider a complete glow up to be so much more than that!! ✨

With a new month quickly approaching, I am going to be doing these five things religiously to glow up over the next 30 days 🥰

These five things are definitely more related to a mental transformation and sometimes those are the transformations that have the biggest impact on your entire well being!

I know for me personally, I want to end the year on a very strong note and I want to be very intentional with the things that I do and how I spend the rest of my days of 2023 🥹
