I'm learning how to be comfortable in my own company and I want to share with you all how I'm achieving it!

today's solo date idea: explore your area!

I just recently moved to London and there's always so much to do in this city. as someone who is directionally challenged, wandering different neighbourhoods has been helpful for my geography as well!

top tips from an introvert:

- pick a specific area to explore beforehand

- to reduce anxiety, have one store or place you want to visit BUT allow yourself to wander and see where it takes you

- set an amount of time for this activity (I find 30 mins is plenty)

- take pictures of everything. not only will this help you remember what you did, it will also feel less awkward than just wandering!

- combine your solo date wandering with errands to kill two birds with one stone
