How to make Zongzi (Chinese Sticky Rice Dumplings)

There are many variations of 粽子. Every household has their own version with different ingredients and wrapping style. The version I’ve made has pork belly, salted egg yolk, lap Cherng (Chinese sausage), mung beans, dried shrimp, dried scallops and chestnut. They’re fully loaded with more filling than rice! 😊

Making these was a true labor of love and even more difficult having to film every step of the way but I’m glad I did it. I’ve been wanting to make this recipe video for so long. I hope you enjoy it! ☺️
