75 SOFT CHALLENGE

Day 1

I have tried and failed the #75hardchallenge sooo many times. So this time I decided to start small and gentle with the #75softchallenge . Set myself up for success while also teaching myself discipline.

Todays workout was arms/ upper back 💪🏼

I’m currently reading Reckless by Lauren Roberts however there hasn’t been any smut in it and I’m in a bit of a reading rut, so I’m considering switching books temporarily 😩
