gluten free lunch meal prep

Another delicious gluten free lunch idea that really saves me time in the morning!

- Cook your pasta (I cook it a little longer than normal so it doesn’t get hard in the fridge)

- Run the pasta under cold water, and add some dressing to help the noodles not stick

- Chop all your veggies, cheese and pepperoni

- Add your favorite salad dressing

So easy! It’s such a yummy and filling lunch 🥙
