How I fixed my skin!

5 months ago my face broke out with this breakout and I could not clear it out for the life of me. It was super red, itchy, and painful to touch. I was told that it could be eczema, perioral dermatitis, or skin irritation due to stress and poor diet. I changed my diet and tried to rid myself of a bunch of the stress in my life but it would still show up. I did some research and found that these were some of the best products for clearing skin, evening skin tone, and increasing moisture.

Facewashes: cleanse with cold water

African black soap 10$ online- I can’t remember exactly where I got from online I just know it was on TikTok shop

Ice face after washing face- reduces inflammation and closes pores

Toner: use cotton pad to apply- don’t put on eyelids

The ordinary toner 13$ at ulta

Serums: apply drop about the size of a dime for both serums- rub on face and neck- don’t put on eyelids

The ordinary hyaluronic acid 10$ at ulta

The ordinary retinol 9$ at ulta

Moisturizers: apply about quarter size of moisturizer to face and neck- this one can go on eyelids

Cerave 15$ at Walgreens

Snail mucin 10$ online, I think I also got this on the TikTok shop but can be found at ulta

Total cost- 85$

It is more on the expensive side but these products have lasted me quite a while. Im going on month 3 with them and they are still a little more than halfway full.
