Dunkin Donuts Order for Weightloss

I firmly believe that it is very difficult to lose weight without balance. If you cut out everything you love in life just to be smaller, that isn't going to be sustainable in the long run. This is why I try to just make adjustments to what I already eat. On the weekends, my partner and I treat ourselves to Dunkin Donuts for breakfast.

Before I started my weight loss journey, my order would easily be 1000 calories or more! Now my order comes out to 553 calories and I'm still getting a little bit of everything I enjoy! I also spilt part of my order with my partner as well!

Breakdown:

Iced Coffee: 125 calories

2 munchkins: 120 calories (my partner got the other 4)

Snackin Bacon: 78 calories(also gave half to my partner)

Turkey Sausage Wrap: 240 calories
