BBQ Chicken 🐔

BBQ + chicken = is always a good time. You can’t have one without the other.

Here’s what you need to do

1. Cube up potatoes like russets into diced little squares, mix em with some oil, salt & pepper, garlic and paprika.

Place em in the air fryer for 20-25 minutes.

2. Cut up chicken (2-3 breasts) and place into pan with butter. Add 1/2 tsp of salt & pepper, 1 tsp of paprika, ranch season and onion powder.

After the chickens cooked add minced garlic and BBQ sauce.

Once the potatoes are done place on top of chicken and add mozzarella cheese on top to melt.

Easy week night meal. There were no leftovers.
