While I do splurge on certain meats at Costco or local butchers, I'm happy to buy grass-fed ground beef and pasture-raised chicken at Walmart — they're among my favorites! To prioritize clean eating without overspending, I cut costs in other ways, like thrifting for clothes or snagging bargains on non essentials. If I’m mindful of my spending, I can fuel mine and my son’s body with wholesome foods without sacrificing my budget!
