ADHD: APPS THAT HELPED ME! 🧠

One thing we all have to take into consideration is that ADHD symptoms can show up differently for everyone, so some of these tips may not work for you the way they did for me.

The important thing is researching and finding tools that do work for you!

One way I found these apps and different resources to help with is connecting with my Universities disability services. My counselor from the disability services was able to introduce to me different Apps that would be useful for someone who has ADHD or other neurodiversity.

Bionic reading - please google this, they have different subscription levels you can get depending on your needs. They also have a free version.

Otterai - They have different subscription levels and a free version available. I love this app and love how it helps transcribe my lectures, so that I can have real life subtitles. Being able to record my lectures (with permission) was such a blessing. During class I would get so distracted and sometimes forget to listen and pay attention. This app helped me go back and listen to the main points I may have missed during class.
