Back with me, Angelynne Andersen💗!! Hari ini aku mau share weightloss journey aku!! Btw my height is 157 cm so Im a petite girl!!
My heaviest weight was around 50 kg, sebenernya ga berat” bgt, tp karna emg aku mau mengsehatkan diri, i went on a diet.
WEIGHTLOSS TIPS:
1. EATING HABIT:
- Calorie deficit: try to eat less than 1200 cal per day
- try intermittent fasting!!
- eat simple food (yg gampang di cerna), cari yg gluten free, low sugar, low fat, intinya: EAT HEALTHY🌱!!
2. WORKOUT:
- biggest game changer💪🏽: workout pagi2 sebelum makan, supaya energy nya dibakar dr fats, instead of dr makanan
- CONSISTENCY IS KEY🔑: gausah sekali workout yg berat2 bgt, yg penting tuh consistent. Di hari2 mager, aku tetep paksain light workout at least 10 menit, supaya consistent.
- pilates: my fav workout!! I would do this everyday and not complain🤡
‼️INTINYA, weightloss jgn terlalu di paksa, listen to your body, find routines and habits you enjoy doing, supaya jatohnya emg living a healthy lifestyle🌱
‼️Kalo weightlossnya ga enjoyable, nantinya kalian bakal YOYO effect, dmn kalian bakal binge eat, mager workout dll pas udah ngerasa kurus.‼️
