Waterfront Broad Walk: NEW ZEALAND in SG?!

Have you ever craved a nice morning or evening stroll, to immerse yourself into nature, breathe in the fresh air and take your mind off your daily stresses? But at the same time, you don’t want something that is too physically intensive?

I’ve got the perfect location for you - ✨ Lower Pierce Reservoir ✨

From the Casuarina entrance, you’ll only need to walk for 15 mins through the luscious greenery, on an easy, relaxing trail. If you’re lucky, you might even get to see the wildlife of monkeys, lizards and wild boars!

At the end of the 15 mins trail, you’ll find a waterfront broad walk overlooking the reservoir, ITS SO BEAUTIFUL! 😍 you can even sit on the broad walk and have your feet dangle above the waterbody for some scenic shots 📷

At the end of the broad walk, you’ll find a legal fishing ground where families will set up picnics, you’ll also see people fishing with their rods and families bringing small fish tanks to catch small fishes in the water.

Once you’re done exploring, you can walk back to the Casuarina entrance and reward yourself with some Prata from Casuarina curry. A favourite activity when I’m here in the morning 🤭
