Everyone should know ✅ Contouring dos and don’ts

Hi babes! So when I ask people what do they struggle the most when they do their makeup, the top 2 answer I get is contouring! Some said their contour always looked like someone punched them 😂, crooked contour or it just looks weird on them. So today I’m gonna show do’s and don’ts of contouring. Let’s get started!

Product used:

La colors concealer (espresso)

Huda beauty contour

Dos:

• start from your cheekbones when you apply your contour I love using a darker shade of contour to make it easier to blend blend.

• Use tapping motion or tapping upwards to blend this way your base doesn’t get ruined.

• Don’t forget to blend your contour up until the temple of your head to make it look less awkward.

Don’ts:

• Don’t use contour shade that’s too dark, for fair to medium skin tone I suggest using a cool brown shade.

• Don’t put too much product! People always trying to follow trends and add unholy amount of contour on their face. Take what you need and if you think I need more u can always go back and add more.

• Don’t put contour too close to your nose or pass your cheeks! This will drag your face down.

• Don’t blend aggressively, don’t swipe but tap. Keep tapping until it’s all blend together

The key for the snatched contouring is to understand how you want your face to look like, you gotta play around a little bit and see what works for you. Maybe u need more product, less product, darker colour, light colour. So goodluck!
