🌸 what i got at scoop!

🌷 dried pineapples ($2.38) 🍍

i used these pineapples 🍍 for my kombucha! i like that i dont have to buy a whole pack of dried pineapples only to use a few. these pineapples were extremely sweet!

i prefer this to fresh pineapples 🍍. i mean did you ever have to cut and peel a pineapple???? IT IS A FREAKING PAIN. not only metaphorically, ITS PHYSICALLY HURTS. because of the spikes and everything.

i think this will be great for acai bowls and overnight oats!

🌷australian granola ($8.76)

i bought this on discount! they often have discounts for some of their products. i think it might because it isnt as fresh anymore! but i think it tastes just fine ‼️

i frequently buy granolas from scoop to add into my oats for lunch! i think it adds great flavour and texture.

🌷dried sage ($0.59)

i bought this to make tea 🫖 🍵. i think this is extremely cheap!

sage tea 🍵 is known to have anticancer properties, lower blood pressure 🩸, boost heart health ❤️ ⛑️, promote brain health 🧠 , better skin and improves your mood (i think bc of its calming properties). #LoveMyself

🌷 raw sugar ($2.26)

i use their raw sugar to make my kombuchas! like i said in my previous posts, sugar is really cheap in scoop! i think it cheaper than ntuc and other grocery stores 🏬

you can use the sugar to make body scrubs! they also have coconut oil 🥥 in scoop- so you can combine them to make body scrubs! you can also incorporate some flowers 🌺 to infuse so that your body scrubs will smell nicer!

🌷tumeric juice ($9.50)

i like to take tumeric and ginger shots! especially in the morning! it makes me feel much healthier and energetic!

tumeric is a powerful antioxidant! it also has anti cancerous properties, anti inflammatory (good for back/muscle aches) and delay aging (anti inflammatory and antioxidant)- great for the skin! it also helps with digestion ‼️

🌷 empty jar airtight glass jar ($1.75)

this is definitely much much cheaper than those in ntuc or even at hdb stores! i use this to keep my kombucha and teas.

airtight jars are really important if you want to prolong shelf life and freshness!
