Step 1: Cut the purple sweet potato into small pieces
Step 2: Use a spoon to mash the steamed purple sweet potato
Step 3: Add in right amount of milk to the mashed purple sweet potato
Step 4: Mix the milk and mashed purple sweet potato
Step 5: Cut off the sides of the toast and set aside
Step 6: Put the mashed purple sweet potato on the bread
Step 7: Cover with another slide of bread
Step 8: Coat both of the bread with egg wash
