When it comes to getting dressed during the summer, we look to the season's natural breezy vibes to inspire our daily looks. For fall outfits, we're more than ready to trade in linens and cotton for knitted, suede, and denim. However, in warmer climates such as Malaysia, how does one style herself in a fall outfit if it is hot all the time?

First things first, forget the leather jackets and the trench coats. The only thing those are good for in warm climates are to make you sweat and smell bad later.

Wear deep and dark shades for your top but avoid black. Go for brown, or gray, and you can also try dark green if that suits your skin tone. Be sure to use neutral and pastel colors instead of vibrant colors.

Choose a suitable fabric to set the fall look. Use knitted cotton or wool to start. In terms of design, I would personally suggest oversized sweaters, turtleneck sweaters, and cable-knit sweaters as they really portray the fall look right off the bat.

You can wear jeans as your pants, but you definitely would need to wear boots to turn this into a fall outfit! I would suggest getting a pair of either Chelsea boots for the sophisticated ones, Chunky heeled boots for the shorter ones, or knee-high boots for the adventurous ones.
