IMO hands down the most legit korean food in sg

u know the food is legit when the chatter in the restaurant is korean and not english 💀💀 this establishment is run by koreans and well known in the korean community for their korean chinese food LOL my goto restaurant when im craving jjajangmyeon! ive been a regular at this establishment since many years back with my mom and the food here really doesn’t disappoint ❤️ can trust im korean LMAO i highly highly recommend this place if u want to have the REAL DEAL pls stop going to obba jjajang 😭😭😭

🍜 jjampong (spicy seafood noodles soup) - 5/5

the broth is soo rich and flavourful and they are very generous with the seafood! the noodles are also perfectly chewy and the portion is quite big

🍝 jjajangmyeon (black soy bean noodles) - 5/5

this is the real deal!! they nail the flavour perfectly and the texture of the noodles too ❤️ unlike many other jjms ive had in sg that just did not have the right taste

🍲 tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork) - 10/5

THIS ONE 😭😭😭 its better than some of the tangsuyuks ive had in korea no cap i really highly highly recommend u have this its super delicious

🥟 fried dumplings - 3/5

this one is quite mid just regular fried dumplings but it is ok 👍🏼

overall rating: 10/10 must try if u like korean chinese food

my thoughts:

for a restaurant in tanjong pagar the price is quite ok! it definitely isnt the cheapest but for the quality and taste i think its very worth it! their dishes really have depth and u can tell that everything is made with sincerity unlike some restaurants where it feels like the food was prepared very rushedly(?) if that makes sense HAHHA do remember to make a reservation if u go down on the weekends 😋😋
