HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GO KOREA (13D 12N) 🇰🇷🇰🇷🇰🇷

This is how much I spent in Korea!! I went with another friend so most of our expenses are halved. This breakdown is the cost for 1 person.

🇰🇷Korea expenses :

The top 3 biggest expenses were Food, Shopping and Accommodation

🔅We spent quite a bit on food because the food here are generally priced quite expensively, even street food which I thought was supposed to be cheaper than normal restaurants. However, to our surprise, it was actually more expensive to eat street food as compared to eating a meal at an eatery / restaurant as each item is around $5 SGD and we would usually eat till $20+ per person.

🔅Most of our shopping were at Olive Young oops HAHAHA we actually didn’t buy much clothing cus they were mostly winter wear (long sleeves, jackets etc) but we did buy some that were thinner and suitable for sg weather !!

🔅We stayed at Hotel Thomas Myeongdong in Seoul for about $77.50 a night and Hotel Brown Dot in Busan for about $53.80 a night. We booked both on Trip.com

🌟Our pre-departure expenses include the train ticket for KTX (Klook Link ) and AREX (Klook Link ), flight ticket (Scoot), K-ETA (must do before going to Korea !!), e-sim card (Shopee Link ) and travel insurance

❣️Tip: defo recommend getting an e SIM card it was super easy to use, just scan the QR code and follow the instructions ! Really great for last minute buying of SIM card esp if there’s no time to wait for the SIM card to arrive via post. Super convenient as well as u don’t have to remove ur existing SIM card at all !! Was very cheap also, $26 for 13 days (1GB each day)

💙Overall I spent about $2.7k for this trip and I would say that it’s #WorthIt !!! Korea was legit the best 2 weeks of my life, am about to make Korea a yearly trip FR 🥺❤️
