I realised I was easily distracted or get restless at work hence I took this to maintain my productivity. I became less forgetful of details and maintained focus on tasks at work.

I experience anxiety from stressing myself up unnecessary. This helped me a lot as I don't experience 3am anxiety as much and sleep more comfortably.

The pandemic really screwed up my sleep cycle. I found myself experiencing bedtime procrastination. I tried to workout regularly to tire myself but still found it difficult to fall asleep. After taking this, it improved my sleep cycle. I also take it to deal with jetlag as well. I don't recommend taking it regularly once your sleep cycle regulates!
