One of the BEST Foie Gras & French food in SG!

I find myself craving Foie Gras (goose liver) ever so often - at least on a monthly basis! For those who haven’t tried, it’s a pretty acquired taste - you either love it or hate it, but I’d say it’s really worth a try!

I think you can’t find foie gras in many places in Singapore, and most of them are pretty pricey! This is my ABSOLUTE GO-TO restaurant in Singapore for the BEST, most value-for-money, delicious foie gras (~$26): it is thick, melt-in-your-mouth creamy, with a tinge of sea salt and sweetened with cherries and their specialty sauce❤️ An absolute mind-blowing dish that I can never get enough of and crave again and again (and so I visit this restaurant every 1-2 months to satisfy my cravings)!

They also serve foie gras with their signature Beef Filet Mignon which is truly, the ✨perfect combination✨ if you ask me! Don’t forget to ask for their Bearnaise (a type of custard sauce) or red wine sauce to go along with your steak for the best experience. You can also opt for the Ribeye with the sauces for great quality steak.

The Duck Confit was also tender and chewy, topped with delicious gravy. Perfect alternative if you’re not a steak-lover.

I would say this is one of the best French restaurants in Singapore in terms of quality and price, and highly recommend y’all to add this restaurant to your list for your next date night or intimate family gathering!
