Hello Kitty Fruit Sando Recipe

2 milk bread slices

1 cup heavy cream

2 tsp matcha powder

1/4 cup granulated sugar

3-4 strawberries cut in half

Cocoa powder for decoration

1. Cut the 2 milk bread slices with the Hello Kitty mold

2. Whip the heavy cream, matcha powder, and granulated sugar until fluffy

3. Using the ring, assemble the sandwich with one slice of bread, a layer of cream, strawberry slices, another layer of cream, and the second slice of bread

4. Refrigerate for 30 minutes

5. Sprinkle cocoa powder carefully over Hello Kitty face liner
