What I eat in a day// MODEL EDITION

As a model everybody always ask if I have a specific diet but honestly I don’t I just like to fuel my body with food that makes me feel good.

For breakfast I had a Turkey, egg and check sandwich on a mini bagel with cream cheese and avocado.

I always like to add in some type of fruit in the morning - today was peaches and strawberries with a glass of OJ

Lunch was fun today it consisted of my homemade wanna be Greek salad - feta, greens mix, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and Persian cucumbers topped with red wine vinegar and olive oil.

My sandwich has turkey, avocado, spinach, onion, tomato, & provolone cheese.

& Pita chips with Mediterranean hummus from Trader Joe’s

Also the sparkling green teas are my favorite from Trader Joe’s !

Lastly was dinner- I had mash potatoes and paired with with chicken on top is a creamy sauce I made from scratch with whipping cream and seasoning 😍
