1. Switched my mindset from how much can I lose in one month to 👉🏼👉🏼 it doesn’t matter how much I can lose in one month.. What matters is what can I do everyday for the rest of my life to help me achieve my physique goals. If you are someone who has as much to lose as I did. 1,2,3 months are NOT going to do the trick. Switch that mindset first it’ll make this a whole lot easier 🥰
2. Don’t underestimate walking or daily steps. These add up even when they seem like so little.
3. If you have a bad weekend off plan so what! Get back to plan the next day. So many times I use to have one bad day so I would just go off plan for a week 2 weeks or more. Don’t do this. I promise that 1 day or weekend is gonna come back off after a couple days being back on plan. Don’t sabotage your goals 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼
