AFTER SCHOOL SNACK IDEAS FOR KIDS

My kids come home from school so hungry and the granola bar I would bring in the car for pick up wasn’t cutting it anymore. So this school year, I made the decision to put a little more effort into after school snacks. Here are a few of my kids favorites:

✨Soft pretzels. These take a little more time and effort so it’s not a common after school snack, but definitely the favorite.

✨Snack plates. We do this a lot! It’s so easy to just throw random fruits, veggies and snacks on a plate. Plus, my kids love the variety!

✨Muffins. These are Zucchini Banana muffins and are usually a weekly occurrence. My kids will literally eat any veggie filled muffins if I put some chocolate chips in them 😉

✨And for a little treat, these cute wafer cookie pencils. I made these for my kids first day back to school and it was a big hit ☺️
