you NEED to visit this pilates studio once! 🧘🏻‍♀️

do you know the famous spin & pilates studio in KL has opened a pilates studio in singapore? if you have heard about fly project, they've opened a new studio in singapore about 1 month plus ago 🤩

📍 75E loewen rd, tanglin camp, singapore 248845 (nearest mrt: napier)

⏰ monday-friday 7am-10pm | saturday & sunday: 9am-5pm

✨ class types offered: flow (beginners), sculpt (intermediate) & tone (advance) + private

🚿 amenities available: toilets, lockers, water cooler, showers, changing rooms available (do bring along a sweat towel & bath towel if you need)

🧘🏻‍♀️ MY EXPERIENCE AT THIS SPACE

• the instructors are very friendly & they are skilled in their practice

• been through all 3 types of classes under 2 instructors - the exercises were really good and left me aching for a bit (highly recommend to try Shauna's class)

• the space is very spacious for 12 students in class

• reformer equipment are placed at the back of your own reformer + there's jumpboard too

• the studio itself feels like i'm entering another space, very calming and rejuvenating

🧘🏻‍♀️ WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THIS SPACE

• coming to this workout feels like i'm pulling myself out of reality and entering my safe space 🥹

• the space is very chio and vibey 😍

• very easy to book on classpass (more likely because it's hard to get here)

• they have classes as late as 8:40pm (perfect for someone who works & whose office is not in CBD/town area)

• they lived up to their branding in malaysia with the instructors delivering great classes 💯

🧘🏻‍♀️ WHAT I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THIS SPACE

• location is super ulu - usually people drive in, but i always walk in from the bus stop (Aft Ministry of Foreign Affairs) for about 12 minutes or so

• they don't provide bathing towels - everything was perfect for their amenities except that

• not all the times you'll see a front desk so you'll have to wait for the instructor to check you in and orientate you

• it costs at least 16 credits for every class which is quite expensive

all in all, i'd say this is definitely a place that you HAVE TO TRY at least ONCE. (PSA: they were awarded as the best fitness studio by classpass malaysia in 2021 😱) and also, overlooking the location, they really delivered the experience 💯 all my 3 classes there were really positive and i really looked forward to attending every class even though i had to walk 10 minutes in!! 🫠 so remember to like and save this post so that you can book their classes here 👍🏻
