My Holistic Birth Plan 🕊️

Here are some of my favorite elements of my birth plan as a holistic mama 🤍 Most importantly (besides a healthy birth of course), I wanted to the vibe to feel calm, peaceful, and ethereal 🕊️

My birth experience was so magical, divine, transcendent, and transformative and I wish that for every single mama!

A note on birth plans: Even though these preferences were very important to me, it's also important to release any fear of these things NOT happening. Birth is very unpredictable and for me, it was much easier to trust that everything was going to go well, regardless of if every single one of these things went according to "plan."
