Breakfast sliders 🥞🧀

These are perfect for a weekend or holiday breakfast!

You can sub Bacon or Pepperjack cheese!

Ingredients:

• 2 breakfast sausage rolls

• 12 pack Hawaiian rolls

• 8 eggs (scrambled)

• 12 slices of cheese (Cheddar or Pepper Jack)

• 1/2 cup butter (melted)

• 1/4 maple syrup

Directions:

• Preheat oven to 350°

• Cut sausage into 12 slices and cook.

• Cook your scrambled eggs

• Cut rolls in half lengthwise, place bottom rolls on a baking dish

• Layer on your eggs, cheese, sausage, more cheese, and the layer of top buns.

• Combine melted butter and maple syrup, brush onto rolls allowing to drip into the pan (I prefer to dump the whole thing)

• Bake 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and melted. Serve and enjoy!
