Homemade Oatmeal Bath

My daughter and I have crazy allergies. Today I dug up some ground and planted a few things in the garden. I guess moving the pollen around made her break out in her legs.

Went to Walmart to buy an oatmeal bath but THEY HAD NONE (another reason I live in Target 🤣🤣) Anywho, I found a recipe, used what I had and my version of a colloidal oatmeal (according to Pinterest)

Well, I’m super excited because it worked and her skin feels so much better. Oh, we also put a few drops of lavender essential oil in her water.

Here’s the recipe:

1 cup oats

1/2 cup baking soda

1/4 cup chamomile or calendula (I only had lavender chamomile tea) … but it worked🙌🏽
