Must Try Food in 📍Salt Lake City, Utah

This weekend was my law school graduation and my family came in town to celebrate. My dad is a huge foodie and his one request was to try some amazing food while he was here. Here is just a tid bit of the incredible food we had:

🍲 Hot Pot: Umi Japanese Shabu Shabu. If you like hotpot, this is your place. The meal includes your choice of appetizers, broth, meats, food bar, and dessert. The restaurant even features an adorable robot named Peanut that brings out your appetizers.

🍝 Pasta & 🥖 Bread: Italian Graffiti. This place is really good. The restaurant is absolutely beautiful but the food itself was fantastic, I highly recommend it!

🥞 Brunch: The Cliff (Draper, UT). This is one of my all time favorite restaurants in Utah so obviously we had to go there. They have the best brunch I have probably ever had. Their fresh beignets, breakfast burrito, and French toast are delectable!

🍪 Cookies: Chip Cookies. Utah has so many cookie shops but none can beat Chip. Their doughy chocolate chip cookies are to die for.
