My reasons for waking up at 4:30 am

I have to leave my house at 7 am to get to work on time, so all of my self-care activities have to happen before that. I usually don't have enough time in the afternoon either between house chores and errands to do it then, so waking up early it is.

Today, it was really hard tho. I am glad I did it because I know this things help my mental health but now I wish I could go back to bed and sleep the day away.
