Road trip essentials from a mom of 2

We are taking our first road trip with both boys and these are the things that I think are a must in a long car ride. My boys are 14 months and 1 month. My 14 months has to be moving at all times so road trips are a bit hard. This is what works for us…

🌼 First things first is COFFEE…we all know with this age gap I’m not getting any sleep at all LOL

🌼 Stanley cup with just water- I have to keep hydrated while breastfeeding and my oldest also loves to drink out of my cup…so as long as he’s drinking water, I’m happy😊

🌼 iPad (not pictured) - yes I give my kids screen time especially for my oldest. He gets pretty impatient sitting for long periods and it helps calm him. I made sure to download his favorite tv show (bluey) on Disney + before heading on this trip.

🌼 Pacifiers for my youngest…although he stays calm as long as the car is moving. Incase he is having a hard time calming down I brought the pacifier.

🌼 Muslim Blankets to keep baby warm but nothing to thick because TEXAS is HOT 🥵

🌼 Snacks(not pictured because he ate it before I remembered to take pics) but he loves mandarin oranges, little bellies chips, and pretty much anything unhealthy Lol
