Why I took a BREAK from Lemon8🍋

I’m sure a lot of you can relate…

Social media is my full time job. I create content for brands and to help inspire and provide value to my followers.

BUT - with so many different social media platforms, Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, YouTube… it can be very overwhelming.

I’m a creator and try to consume less… Which means if I’m using a social media site, I have to create posts and put in time and effort to do so.

Trying to juggle multiple different platforms is very tough to keep up with. Taking pictures for Instagram, making videos for Tiktok, making videos and taking photos for brands, uploading videos to YouTube. WOW… a literal mouth full. It’s hard to juggle and separate my time. Let alone step away from the phone and live in the moment.

But, I’m back and giving lemon8 a second shot. I truly do enjoy the app… I think I just needed a break.
