Back & Bi 💪🏼💪🏼

Back & bi is one of my favorite days to hit. If you want to be soar be sure to follow this routine. Always working till failure and pushing yourself to past your limits.

For each workout I do 3-4 sets 10-15 rep range, going till failure on the last set.

I make sure to engage my core throughout my entire workout and work on mind and muscle connection always. If you are not feeling it in the muscle you are targeting try dropping the weight, going slower, and really focusing on that muscle and mind connection.
