the GOATED home workout channel 😮‍💨🤟🏼

Jordan Yeoh’s channel has been my go-to since Circuit Breaker for home/outdoor workouts. Whenever I’m too lazy to hit the gym or if I’m craving a quick outdoor workout post-run, his are the ones I’ll follow and they really do work! 🤩

He has workout routines for all regardless of level so fret not even if you’re just starting out. Apart from full body workouts, he also has routines for specific body parts (e.g. abdominal exercises). Each routine lasts 15-45min depending on the video you select which I would say is very concised already 💯

I’ll be sweat buckets every single time after his workout but the satisfaction I always get’s indescribable and I totally live for those 🤟🏼 Go check him out if you haven’t before and let me know your thoughts after trying out his routines! 🤝🏼 You’d definitely need weeks or months till you see very visible results but hard work will definitely pay off!
