5D4N in vietnam UNDER $500 (incl flight/accoms)‼️🇻🇳🌴

Looking for a cheap place to travel to this summer? You should definitely consider Ho Chi Minh for your #ShortGetaway 🇻🇳✨ My entire 5D4N trip including flights and accommodations amounted to less than $500!!!

Budget breakdown (per pax):

✈️I booked my flights for $173 via Scoot! Honestly one of the cheapest destinations from SG. It was about a 2hr flight!

✈️ Travel insurance was $19.60. Please don't skip out on insurance because my flight back was almost delayed...Don't take any chances!!!

✈️ The only thing I bought on Klook was the cu chi tunnel day tour which cost $23.14/pax!

✈️ I exchanged $200 SGD worth of cash and spent it all there for food, transport and shopping. My BF also brought $200 SGD.

Honestly wayyyy better than I expected! Although the first impression of the building was a little....underwhelming, the room itself was really comfortable! It even came with room

service everyday 💅🏻

For the price, it was #worthlt for sure. The location was extremely central, next to Ben Thanh Market in District 1.

The only thing to note is that they don't provide shampoo/conditioner so be sure to bring your own 😋

🌴 Itinerary:

I'll be doing a seperate post for all the food but generally we had street food to save $$$$. Not complaining tho because vietnamese street food is 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 We also didn't pay for any attractions apart from the pre paid cu chi tunnel tour. We walked alot, but took grab if the location was >30 min walk 🦵🏻

💸 Overall budget

Overall HCM is very cheap! Each meal cost about $3-$4SGD and a whole trip under $500 is extremely doable for anyone!
