Journaling for beginners! 🫶📖

Journaling is something that I’ve recently incorporated into my mornings. It’s become a crucial part in my mornings and it lets me start my days off with intention and gratitude. 🫧

Some journal entries that I like to start off with are:

- What am I thankful for today?

- What have been my recent energy givers?

- What have been my recent energy takers?

- What are my goals today?

- How can I achieve my goals?

- Is there something in my day to day life that doesn’t benefit me?

- How can I set myself up for success today?

- Who do I feel more like myself with?

There’s a lot more questions you can come up with, don’t limit yourself to just these! Overtime you will come up with different kinds of questions that are best suitable for you! Keep it simple, don’t overthink it and really be honest with yourself! 💓
