I’ve decided to start the challenge June 21st. It’s not going to be easy considering I have a few trips planned but if I want change, I have to be disciplined. Here are my rules:
☀️ workout atleast 45 minutes daily (can be walking, biking, dancing, anything that gets the body moving)
☀️ drink half my body weight in water daily. I currently weigh 120 so that means 60oz of water.
☀️ eat 70-90% healthy on a weekly basis.
☀️ no alcohol (I barely drink anyway so this one will be easy
☀️ take a progress picture every week
☀️ one thing daily to improve my mental health (meditate, sunbathe, grounding, journaling, etc)
I know I might not see substantial change within 75 days but the important thing is creating a habit. I have to start taking care of myself. Plus I’ve never completed a workout challenge so I want to prove to myself that I can do it.
