Now entering: your soft girl era 🌸✨

For me, “soft girl” simply means to take it easy. We spend so much our lives stressing. We stress about the future, about the past, about what others will think of us.. it can be overwhelming!!

Soo, if you’re looking to slow down just a little, here are a few tips that helped me..

💕Embrace your femininity!

This doesn’t mean you have to wear all pink or frilly dresses. It’s just means you embrace yourself and what makes YOU feel like YOU!

🧘‍♀️ Move your body!

Your body is a temple! You should treat it with respect and movie it and fuel it in ways that make you feel comfortable and healthy:)

🌷Connect with nature!

Whether it’s taking sunrise hikes, or simply sitting outside and listening to the world around you, there’s just something peaceful and calming about being out in nature.

🩷 Make space and enjoy the little things in life!

This is when you really get to slow doowwnnn and take it the moments around you. Dance in the rain!! Sing karaoke!! Stay up all night talking talking about your dreams with friends!!

These are just a few things that have helped me lately feel like myself again…
