This is a book I insist anyone who identifies as a woman reads!! & the earlier in life the better.

Untamed by Glennon Doyle. It made me cry, question my beliefs, form a new identity on my own terms & stop hiding from my feelings.

It helped me tune into my own voice & find “what is true and beautiful to me”.
