💭MagHouse was one of my favorite spots to go for brunch with my Fiancé when we were living in LA. It is actually built inside a 100 year old house. We loved sitting on the patio on a weekend morning and enjoying the beautiful LA weather while eating a delicious meal.

🥑 Avocado Toast 💰$12 - spiced almonds, pickled fresno chili, arugula, radish, black salt, toasted sourdough

I’m not an avocado girlie but this was actually pretty good. It was flavorful and had some nice textural elements. ⭐️ 4/5

🍓 Yogurt & Granola 💰$8 - greek yogurt, almond granola, strawberries, blueberries, honey

Simple but delicious. The greek yogurt was super thick and creamy and the berries were perfectly ripe. ⭐️ 5/5

🧇 Belgian Waffle 💰$12 - seasonal fruit, powdered sugar, warm maple syrup

My fiancés favorite thing on the menu. The waffle is so light and fluffy with a nice crispy exterior. ⭐️ 5/5

🥓 Side of Bacon 💰$4

The cook was perfect on the bacon but could have been a little warmer ⭐️3.5/5

🍹 Almost Palmer 💰$11 - vodka, honey ginger lemonade, lapsang souchong infused scotch

I am a huge lemonade fan, and I love a bees knees so i thought this would be good but but tbh this was not it. It was way too gingery and not enough lemon. ⭐️ 2/5
