Non-Negotiable Sleep Routine

My sleep used to be so bad… I’m telling you I woke up tired and exhausted EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. I had sunken under eyes and bad skin. It took me a while to figure out that it was all from my terrible sleep.

I didn't mention it in these photos but I would also highly suggest the Oura Ring. It helped me know in the first place that there was something that needed to be fixed!

I can’t believe the strides I’ve taken in achieving great sleep! I look forward to my night time routine and sleep like a baby now. I’m constantly researching how to improve my sleep and let me tell you this routine has made a dramatic difference in how I look and feel.
