POSE IDEAS for the perfect instagram post !

This one is for allll my girls who claim they don’t know how to pose (let’s admit it…. we all say it) but the truth is, you have to act natural! Some of my favorite instagram pictures have been the ones where i’m not looking and they are candid!

Here are some ideas that I rotate between when shooting content for instagram or for brands:

-pretending to fix my hair

-turning to the side

- looking back at the camera

-posing face forward/ straight on

- looking to the side

-sitting with a prop (coffee, a bag, a drink, slice of pizza)

-crossing my legs
