1. This small habit has been a game changer! When I change into workout clothes early in the day, I find my chances of skipping out on a workout are a lot more slim! It makes me feel more motivated to be productive throughout the day. If you struggle getting to a workout, I highly recommend trying this out and seeing if it works for you too!
2. Something about playing barista, instantly puts me in a better mood! I look forward to making some type of beverage in the morning whether it’s a matcha latte, coffee or tea.
3. I would say I saw the biggest difference in my health and energy levels when I started to focus on prioritizing protein for breakfast. It helps curb sugar cravings during the day, helps with blood sugar balance and satiety!
4. Planning out my day is a crucial step for me! I have a tendency to have a running to-do list going on in my head at all times, so physically jotting it down on paper relieves so much stress! I also reduce the risk of forgetting something important. And of course… the satisfaction of crossing something off my list is unmatched.
5. De-stress activity- I don’t always have time for this but when I do I notice a big difference in my mental state. I typically only do this for 10-15 minutes. I love reading, breath work, brain dumping thoughts into a journal, listening to a high frequency playlist, or doing a quick stretch routine/ yoga flow!
