If you've been following along, you know that I consistently workout at the gym 4-5 days per week. But this hasn't always been my reality. I know that sticking to a consistent workout schedule can be challenging, which is why I always tell people to start small!

If you don't workout consistently right now, this challenge is for you! It can be done at home and will help you to not only build muscle, but will also help you to build the habit of working out consistently!

Week 1 starts you out with 4 to 5 simple exercise that can be done with little to no equipment (if you have heavy books, water bottles, or cans feel free to use them for the bicep curls or to make any movement more challenging).

Week 2-4 you'll do the same exercises from the first week but will add one round each week.

Wednesday and Sundays are active rest days and should include a walk, bike ride or stretching session.

It's that simple!
