Products I use to keep my hair healthy

I am very picky and conscious of the products I use for my hair. My healthy hair journey has been a long one for sure. I started coloring and using heat on my hair at a very young age so by the time I was in high school my hair was severely damaged.

Now I try to restrain from using heat on my hair as much as I can. I styled my hair using heatless hair rollers.

The ones I use are from the brand The Sleep Styler. I find them super comfortable while I sleep. I use the 3 in rollers. Not putting heat in my hair allows it to grow healthier and I have few split ends.

I am also very conscious of the products I use on my hair, such as my shampoos. I like to use clean products without any sulfates or parabens. My current favorite shampoo and conditioner are from California Naturals. I bought it at Target and they are very affordable, $8.99. These products leave my hair shiny and super soft. They are sulfate, paragon, phthalates, and silicones free.

By doing the measures my hair has gotten stronger, less damaged, and I finally have my natural hair color back.
