for productivity, organization, photo & editing!

I know this is over the top but I’m a libra sun, cap moon and virgo rising so my brain can’t help but go all in on making things organized and aesthetic. I honestly get more stressed and anxious when things are chaotic.

I spend so much time on my phone for work and content creation so having tools at the my finger tips that make keeping everything running smoothly is so helpful!

here are my current favorite apps and why:

1. NOTION: if notion has one fan it’s me. it reminds me of MySpace days where you’d make cool layouts, have your music linked, pretty photos and a vision board. i have pages for my finances, content creation, packages arriving, goals, book recommendations, and a whole bunch of other stuff. it does have some time to set up so I’d suggest carving out a weekend to get used to the platform if it’s something you’re interested in.

2. TEZZA: theee app all the cool girls use to edit. everyone’s current fave seems to be the film presets!

3. CAPCUT: it’s just so good. I’ve tried so many other video editors but they often lag and crash. capcut also has tons of features but it’s set up in a way to be super user friendly even for beginners.

4. LENS BUDDY: aka your self timer bff. you can set it to take photos at intervals and in large quantities. so helpful for solo outfit photos, fitness photos and group shots.

5. AFTERLIGHT: this app isn’t free so a heads up on that but I love the dust feature. it adds such a cool nostalgic look to photos in a way that isn’t cheesy.

6. UNFOLD: this one is great for story templates if you run any businesses or blogs where you have announcements or want to make aesthetic collages.

7. LIBBY: get yourself a library card and then make a Libby account for access to thousands of books and resources! totally free.

8. GOOGLE CAL: especially helpful for entrepreneurs and business owners who need to schedule meetings (I use acquity scheduling on squarespace for bookings) and have it linked to my google calendar so it shows availability and what I have in my day.

9. CALENDLY: tying in with scheduling and bookings from above ^ there’s a free option with limited features. we use this for our podcast to coordinate mine and my co-host schedules when we need to have guests on. saves a lot of back and forth about everyone’s availability when you can see it all in one place.
